BASIC and STRONG are our classic Machine Safety Fences with a frame that provide exceptional versatility. Coming with two assembly choices - Captive Nuts and Bolts, supporting impacts up to 1608 J, and Quick Clamp, significantly reducing assembly time - as well as two baseplate options, BASIC and STRONG cater to a broad spectrum of applications.

The 20 mm square section tubes and 3 mm wire mesh make the Satech panel rigid and resistant, while welds at wires intersection prevent the risk of resonance.

Our advanced Machine Guard features horizontal wires welded on the interior, effectively deterring climbing attempts.

EN ISO 13857

The 17 x 97 mm mesh slot enables the installation of the Guard up to just 120 mm from hazard (as per EN ISO 13857), effectively minimizing the space required for the safety perimeter.

BASIC, assembled with Captive Nuts and Bolts as per 2006/42/CE Machinery Directive, has been tested for impacts up to 1608 J (Impact Test, EN ISO 14120).

“Easy” Assembly
