New Horizons: from AI to Macroeconomic Scenarios
The Sales Conference 2024 opened with contributions of significant value provided by the 24Ore Business School. Sandro Parisi – Eudata’s CEO – held an interactive session that first delved into the history of Artificial Intelligence, then offered concrete application examples of AI in the context of corporate business. Fabio Papa, Professor of Business Management, analyzed today’s economic scenarios while exploring the uncertainty and volatility of global market dynamics. Through practical examples, useful strategies were demonstrated to deal with the ever-changing economic contexts.
Strengthening Sales Strategies through AI
During the day, an assessment of the Strategic Contents completed in 2024 was introduced, as well as the 2025 Marketing plan. One of the cornerstone topics of the day was how to improve sales performance through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Throughout a dedicated interactive session, the features of the "SMA - Strategic Marketing Assistant" – an AI-based chatbot that is customized for Satech - were demonstrated. Initially created to support the activities of our Marketing Team, this AI applied to the sales sector will help simplify the routine activities of the Sales Force, so as to ensure consistency in the delivery of Brand Values.
Aligning Our Voice: Practical Workshops
Another key moment of the day was the "Train Your Sales Rep" workshop. During an interactive activity, participants put themselves in the shoes of a Tutor supporting a young salesperson during the meeting with a prospect. An activity that involved participants in a productive exchange of individual experiences, strengthening the unified voice of our Sales Force. During another workshop, participants then were able to share their ideas and formulate proposals on potential business opportunities. Listening to the "voice of the market" directly from those who live it each day is of paramount importance for the development of Tailor-Made Solutions for our customers.
Looking to the Future: New Products and "Glocal" Markets
In the afternoon, the new products of the 2024 Catalog were introduced and so was a preview of the projects that will be completed in 2025. What emerged is the company's commitment to balancing a Global consistency in Service, in the Quality and language – all while retaining the flexibility in adapting to the specific demands of Local markets. The "Mix&Match" concept fully embraces this philosophy, allowing you to combine standard elements into customized solutions. A "Glocal" approach that carries over into a Range of Solutions and Services to meet each customer’s specific needs, regardless of their geographical location.
